Ongoing Monthly Auto‑Renewal System

We have transitioned to a continuous monthly auto‑renewal system running from September to June. This system allows participants to:

• Enroll at any time in classes with available space.
• Move up to the next level as soon as they are ready—provided there is space in the preferred class time—without waiting for a new session.

If your preferred class is full, we encourage you to add your child to the waitlist for any desired time slots. Once a spot becomes available, the system will send you an email notification, and you may then choose whether to complete the registration.

Creating an Account

1. Click “Login” in the top right corner of the website.
2. Select “First Time Registering?”
3. Fill in your personal information (not your child's).
4. Click “Create Account”.
5. Add your child(ren) to your account.

Important: All club communication is sent through your Uplifter account.
If you opt out of email notifications, you will not receive important updates such as newsletters, schedule changes, or gym closure notices.

How to Register

All registrations are completed online through our website: gymtastics.ca

1. Visit the homepage and click “Register Here.”
2. Hover over the “Registration” tab.
3. Select your preferred program from the drop‑down list to view class details, availability, and pricing.
4. Complete the online registration process.

Please note: Trial classes are not offered.

Fees & Payments

• The first month's fee and the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) membership fee are due at the time of registration.
• Families register once to secure their spot and are then automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
• Monthly fees vary depending on the number of classes offered in that month.
• Payments are processed using the credit card saved on file.
• A 10% sibling discount is available:
  • One child pays full price.
  • Each additional child receives 10% off.

Waitlists

• Participants may join multiple waitlists.
• When a space becomes available, the system will send an email notification.
• New participants may register at that time.
• Current participants should email inquire@gymtastics.ca, and our staff will transfer your child into the preferred class at no charge.
• You will have 24 hours to complete the registration before the system automatically offers the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
