Registration
Gymtastics Gym Club now offers continuous monthly classes.
Once registered, your child’s spot is secured, and your account will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
Classes run from September through June.
What to Wear
Athletes should wear comfortable, stretchy clothing such as:
- Bodysuits
- Yoga wear
- Form-fitting shorts and t-shirts
Bare feet are recommended.
Please ensure long hair is tied back, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle.
Membership Fees
All athletes must have a current annual membership with the Alberta Gymnastics Federation.
- The membership year runs from July 1 to June 30.
- Memberships are not sold separately and will be automatically added at checkout.
Registration
All registrations are completed online through our website.
- Click the “Register Here” button on the homepage.
- To view available class times and fees, select the “Registration” tab at the top of the page.
Payment Details
- First month’s fee and the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) membership fee are due at the time of registration.
- Families register once to secure their child’s spot for the entire season (September to June).
- Monthly fees are automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
- Fees may vary month-to-month depending on the number of classes scheduled.
Waitlist Information
If your preferred class time is full:
- Add your child to the waitlist for any other preferred time slots.
- You’ll receive an email notification from our registration system when a spot becomes available.
- You can then choose whether to proceed with registration.
Creating an Account
- Click “Login” in the top right corner of the website.
- Select “First Time Registering?”
- Fill in your personal information (not your athlete’s).
- Click “Create Account”.
- Add your child(ren) to your account.
Important: All club communication is sent through your Uplifter account.
If you opt out of email notifications, you will not receive important updates such as newsletters, schedule changes, or gym closure notices.
Cancellation Policy

Once classes have started, cancellation requests for the upcoming month must be submitted in writing to inquire@gymtastics.ca by the 15th of the current month.
No exceptions. -
Class registrations are based on a monthly commitment.
No refunds or credits will be issued for mid-month withdrawals. -
The AGF membership fee and service fees are non-refundable.

Monthly payments cannot be paused for extended absences.
Seasonal Camp Cancellation Policy

Before camp begins:
A $30.00 + GST cancellation fee per athlete applies.
AGF membership and service fees are non-refundable. -
After camp begins:
Refunds are only available for medical reasons with a valid medical note.
Refunds will cover the remaining classes only, and a $30.00 + GST cancellation fee per child will apply.
AGF membership and service fees remain non-refundable.
