Registration for the 2024-2025 Recreation and Preschool Season begins June 4 at 10:00am for current Gymtastics members and June 6 at 10:00am for newcomers. Classes run from September 2024 to June 2025.

Upcoming Holiday Closures: Victoria Day long weekend from Saturday May 18 to Monday May 20. Classes resume Tuesday May 21.
Registration: Gymtastics Gym Club has moved to continuous monthly classes. Families will register once to secure their place and will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month until the end of June.
Registration for the 2023-2024 Recreational and Preschool season is ongoing until May 24, 2024. Families are welcome to register at any time.
The last week of classes for the 2023-2024 Recreation and Preschool season is June 16 to June 22.
What to wear: Athlete's should be dressed in comfortable, stretchy clothing. Bodysuits, yoga wear or form fitting shorts and t shirts. Bare feet is best. Long hair must tied back. Bring a water bottle.
Reminder: Please do not bring sick participant’s to class.
Membership Fees: All athlete's are required to have a current annual Alberta Gymnastics Federation membership. The membership year begins July 1st and ends on June 30th of the following year. Memberships are not for individual sale and will be added to you purchase at checkout. Memberships are not required for birthday parties or rentals.
Registration:
Registrations are taken online through our website. Select the "register here" button on the home page. To view available class times and fees select the registration tab at the top of this page.
The first month and the Alberta Gymnastics Federation membership fee is due at the time of registration. Families will register ONCE to secure their spot for the year and will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
Fees will vary from month to month as they will be based on the number of classes offered within that specific month.
If your preferred class time is full it is recommended that you place your child on a wait list for any of the other time slots you prefer. Once a space becomes available you will be notified by email from the online registration system. At that time you can choose if you still wish to register.
How to create an account:
- Click "Login" in the top right corner
- Click "First Time Registering?"
- Fill out all the required fields with your information (not your athlete's)
- Click "Create Account"
- Add your children to the account.
- Please Note: All club communication is sent through your Uplifter account. If you opt out of the email service you will NOT receive important information such as session newsletters, schedule updates and gym closures dates.
Cancellation Policy: Once classes have started cancellation requests for the upcoming month must be received in writing to inquire@gymtastics.ca before the 15th of the current month. (no exceptions). Class registrations are based on a monthly commitment. No refunds or credits will be provided for the remainder of the month if a participant decides to drop mid-month.
The Alberta Gymnastics Federation Fee and service fees are non-refundable.
It is not possible to pause monthly payments while not attending classes for an extended period of time.
Seasonal Camp Cancellation Policy: Before camps begin there is a $30.00 cancellation fee + GST per athlete. The Alberta Gymnastics Federation fee and service fees are non-refundable.
Once camps have begun there is no refund unless it is for a medical reason. A medical note must be provided. When a medical issue requires that a student withdraw, there is a refund of the cost of the remaining classes. A cancellation fee of $30.00 + GST will be charged per child. The Alberta Gymnastics Federation fee and service fees are non-refundable.
